As requested, I'm passing this forum post along:

Dear Friends:

This evening I “rant.” My rant is one of near rage at blatant dishonesty. My anger is so high that I have difficulty in forming a coherent sentence. I am talking about a “Wannabe” who is finding his affirmation by being dishonest and pretending he is a “helping professional.”

While he has done nothing “Illegal” he has proven himself to be a man without honor!!

As you can see, Helle has “found his place” by helping PTSD people. Sounds good. However, he is but a layman himself who suffers from PTSD. Still fine and good. Suddenly he claims to be an Ordained Minister with a Honorific Doctorate. This IS NOT good as he pretends to have experience, training, and insight which isn’t his.

Well, if a bit more research is done, suddenly you will discover that he has a MAIL ORDER Ordination and a MAIL ORDER Doctor Of Divinity.

If you don’t know, ordination in all the Major Denominations in this country require a Bachelors Degree followed by a Master’s Degree. Depending upon the “tradition” a year or more on “internship” may also be required. In my own case, I have a full four year Bachelors Degree in Religious Education, a full three year Master’s of Divinity, and another year of Clinical Pastor Education as a hospital Chaplain.

An HONORABLE man EARNS his titles.

A DISHONORABLE “buys” his titles.

An HONORABLE man does not “magnify” himself to pretend he has a skill set which is not his.

A DISHONORABLE man does what makes him FEEL GOOD about himself.

Further, in HONORABLE ministerial circles a Doctor of Divinity Degree is not offered to someone with less than twenty-five years of HONORABLE ministry

It is my hope that you would distribute this information widely in Vet and PTSD circles. A man without honor who projects himself as something which he isn’t has NO BUSINESS working with troubled vets.
