Dig a cone shaped hole in moist soil (sand!). Place a clean container in the bottom of the cone. Cover the top of the hole with plastic and put weights around parimeter (soil). Drop a stone or small weight on top of the center of the plastic right over the container. The sun will evaporate water vapors which will collect on the plastic and drip down into the container.
THIS WORKS PEOPLE! You can live a month without food if you just have water!
DIG LATRINES! Don't add to the contamination already there from flooding.
