-with your broken wing

-yet you still sing

about the dawn.

-you still sing your song

-as if nothing's wrong

with these days.

-sing with all your might

-about things going right

while the sunshine fails.



little bird

-sing so all that hear

-feels that God is near

on the darkest nights.



little bird can't fly

-but she sure soars!



little bird won't cry

-but her song roars!
