Are you now being treated at the VAOPC for any condition that may be related to your exposure to AGENT ORANGE? No, I have a discharge under chapter 10 and am only allowed my VA benefits if I can get it upgraded or waivered.
Have you been given the AGENT ORANGE screening exam? When I asked the VA I was given the above instructions. I've asked the Doctor provided by my wife's insurance; they don't have the capabilities. I only now realized that I should ask them for a referal!
